Jeremiah 52:4-6

4 And then[a] in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon came against Jerusalem, he and all his army. And they laid siege to it, and built siege works[b] against it all around. 5 So the city came under siege[c] until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.
6 In the fourth month, on the ninth day of the month, the famine in the city became severe and there was no food for the people of the land.

4 So in the ninth year of Zedekiah’s reign, on the tenth(A) day of the tenth month, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon marched against Jerusalem(B) with his whole army. They encamped outside the city and built siege works(C) all around it.(D) 5 The city was kept under siege until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.
6 By the ninth day of the fourth month the famine in the city had become so severe that there was no food for the people to eat.(E)
