40 I will make an everlasting covenant(A) with them: I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire(B) them to fear me, so that they will never turn away from me.(C) 41 I will rejoice(D) in doing them good(E) and will assuredly plant(F) them in this land with all my heart and soul.(G)
42 “This is what the Lord says: As I have brought all this great calamity(H) on this people, so I will give them all the prosperity I have promised(I) them.

41 Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.
42 For thus saith the Lord; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.
