Isaiah 40:29-31

New International Version

²⁹He gives strength^(A) to the weary^(B)
    and increases the power of the weak.
³⁰Even youths grow tired and weary,
    and young men^(C) stumble and fall;^(D)
³¹but those who hope^(E) in the Lord
    will renew their strength.^(F)
They will soar on wings like eagles;^(G)
    they will run and not grow weary,
    they will walk and not be faint.^(H)

Galatians 5:18-26

¹⁸But if you are led by the Spirit,^(A) you are not under the law.^(B)

¹⁹The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality,^(C) impurity and debauchery; ²⁰idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions ²¹and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like.^(D) I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.^(E)

²²But the fruit^(F) of the Spirit is love,^(G) joy, peace,^(H) forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³gentleness and self-control.^(I) Against such things there is no law.^(J) ²⁴Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh^(K) with its passions and desires.^(L) ²⁵Since we live by the Spirit,^(M) let us keep in step with the Spirit. ²⁶Let us not become conceited,^(N) provoking and envying each other.
