Isaiah 8:14-15

14 He will be a sanctuary;(A)
but for the two houses of Israel,
he will be a stone(B) to stumble over
and a rock to trip over,(C)
and a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 Many will stumble over these;(D)
they will fall and be broken;
they will be snared and captured.

34 As you were watching, a stone broke off without a hand touching it,[a](A) struck the statue(B) on its feet of iron and fired clay, and crushed them.(C) 35 Then the iron, the fired clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were shattered and became like chaff(D) from the summer threshing floors. The wind carried them away, and not a trace of them could be found. But the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain and filled(E) the whole earth.

Daniel 2:34-35
New International Version
34 While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands.(A) It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed(B) them.(C) 35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were all broken to pieces and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer. The wind swept them away(D) without leaving a trace. But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain(E) and filled the whole earth.(F)

The great God has told the king what will happen in the future.(E) The dream is certain, and its interpretation reliable.”
