²¹ ‘Hear this now, O ^(A)foolish people,
Without ^[a]understanding,
Who have eyes and see not,
And who have ears and hear not:

¹⁵ For the hearts of this people have grown dull.
Their ears ^(A)are hard of hearing,
And their eyes they have ^(B)closed,
Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I ^[a]should ^(C)heal them.’
