^7 (A)Let the wicked abandon his way,
And the unrighteous person his ^(B)thoughts;
And let him ^(C)return to the Lord,
And He will have ^(D)compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will ^(E)abundantly pardon.

¹⁸ I have seen his ways, but I will ^(A)heal him;
I will ^(B)lead him and ^(C)restore comfort to him and to his mourners,

⁴ I will ^(A)heal their apostasy,
I will ^(B)love them freely,
Because My anger has ^(C)turned away from them.

¹⁸ Who is a God like You, who ^(A)pardons wrongdoing
And passes over a rebellious act of the ^(B)remnant of His ^[a]possession?
He does not ^(C)retain His anger forever,
Because He ^(D)delights in mercy.
