    to free^(I) captives from prison^(J)
    and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.^(K)

¹⁸ “The Spirit of the Lord is on me,^(A)
    because he has anointed me
    to proclaim good news^(B) to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
    and recovery of sight for the blind,
