Isaiah 22:4-6

New International Version

⁴ Therefore I said, “Turn away from me;
    let me weep^(A) bitterly.
Do not try to console me
    over the destruction of my people.”^(B)

⁵ The Lord, the Lord Almighty, has a day^(C)
    of tumult and trampling^(D) and terror^(E)
    in the Valley of Vision,^(F)
a day of battering down walls^(G)
    and of crying out to the mountains.
⁶ Elam^(H) takes up the quiver,^(I)
    with her charioteers and horses;
    Kir^(J) uncovers the shield.
