Isaiah 21:3-5

New International Version

³ At this my body is racked with pain,^(A)
    pangs seize me, like those of a woman in labor;^(B)
I am staggered by what I hear,
    I am bewildered^(C) by what I see.
⁴ My heart^(D) falters,
    fear makes me tremble;^(E)
the twilight I longed for
    has become a horror^(F) to me.

⁵ They set the tables,
    they spread the rugs,
    they eat, they drink!^(G)
Get up, you officers,
    oil the shields!^(H)
