Isaiah 1:7-9
English Standard Version
7 (A)Your country lies desolate;
your cities are burned with fire;
in your very presence
foreigners devour your land;
it is desolate, as overthrown by foreigners.
8 And (B)the daughter of Zion is left
like a (C)booth in a vineyard,
like a lodge in a cucumber field,
like a besieged city.
9 (D)If the Lord of hosts
had not left us (E)a few survivors,
we should have been like (F)Sodom,
and become like (G)Gomorrah.
Isaiah 1:7-9

your fields are being stripped by foreigners(C)
right before you,

like a shelter in a vineyard,
like a hut(G) in a cucumber field,

we would have been like Gomorrah.(I)
