⁶also said in another passage, You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.^(A)^[a]

Hebrews 5:6

New International Version

⁶And he says in another place,

“You are a priest forever,
in the order of Melchizedek.^(A)”^[a]^(B)

²⁰Jesus has entered there on our behalf as a forerunner,^(A) because He has become a high priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.^(B)

²⁰where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf.^(A) He has become a high priest^(B) forever, in the order of Melchizedek.^(C)
