⁶E di nuovo, quando introduce il primogenito nel mondo, dice:

Lo adorino tutti gli angeli di Dio.

⁷Mentre degli angeli dice:

Egli fa i suoi angeli pari ai venti,
e i suoi ministri come fiamma di fuoco,

⁸del Figlio invece afferma:

Il tuo trono, Dio, sta in eterno

Scettro giusto è lo scettro del tuo regno;

⁶And again, when God brings his firstborn^(A) into the world,^(B) he says,

“Let all God’s angels worship him.”^[a]^(C)

⁷In speaking of the angels he says,

“He makes his angels spirits,
and his servants flames of fire.”^[b]^(D)

⁸But about the Son he says,

“Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever;^(E)
a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.
