^19 (A)And of every living thing of all flesh, you shall bring two of every kind into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. ^20 (B)Of the birds according to their kind, and of the animals according to their kind, of every crawling thing of the ground according to its kind, two of every kind will come to you to keep them alive.

¹⁴ they and every animal according to its kind, and all the livestock according to ^[a]their kind, and every crawling thing that crawls on the earth according to its kind, and every bird according to its kind, ^[b]all sorts of birds. ¹⁵ So they went into the ark to Noah, ^(A)by twos of all flesh in which there was the breath of life.
