54 Then he and the men who were with him ate and drank and spent the night. When they got up in the morning, he said, “(A)Send me away to my master.” 55 But her brother and her mother said, “(B)Let the young woman stay with us a few days, say ten; afterward she may go.” 56 However, he said to them, “Do not delay me, since (C)the Lord has prospered my way. Send me away so that I may go to my master.” 57 And they said, “We will call the young woman and [a]ask her.” 58 Then they called Rebekah and said to her, “Will you go with this man?” And she said, “I will go.” 59 So they sent away their sister Rebekah and (D)her nurse with Abraham’s servant and his men. 60 And they blessed Rebekah and said to her,

“May you, our sister,
(E)Become thousands of ten thousands,
And may (F)your [b]descendants possess
The gate of those who hate them.”

61 Then Rebekah got up with her female attendants, and they mounted the camels and followed the man. So the servant took Rebekah and departed.

When they got up the next morning, he said, “Send me on my way(A) to my master.”

55 But her brother and her mother replied, “Let the young woman remain with us ten days or so;(B) then you[a] may go.”

56 But he said to them, “Do not detain me, now that the Lord has granted success(C) to my journey. Send me on my way(D) so I may go to my master.”

57 Then they said, “Let’s call the young woman and ask her about it.”(E) 58 So they called Rebekah and asked her, “Will you go with this man?”

“I will go,”(F) she said.

59 So they sent their sister Rebekah on her way,(G) along with her nurse(H) and Abraham’s servant and his men. 60 And they blessed(I) Rebekah and said to her,

“Our sister, may you increase
    to thousands upon thousands;(J)
may your offspring possess
    the cities of their enemies.”(K)

61 Then Rebekah and her attendants(L) got ready and mounted the camels and went back with the man. So the servant took Rebekah and left.
