22 But the fruit of the Spirit(A) is love,(B) joy,(C) peace, patience,(D) kindness,(E) goodness, faith,[a] 23 gentleness,(F) self-control.(G) Against such things there is no law. 24 Now those who belong to Christ Jesus(H) have crucified the flesh(I) with its passions and desires.(J)

4 Love is patient,(A) love is kind.
Love does not envy,(B)
is not boastful, is not conceited,(C)
5 does not act improperly,
is not selfish,(D) is not provoked,(E)
and does not keep a record of wrongs.
6 Love finds no joy in unrighteousness
but rejoices in the truth.(F)
7 It bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures(G) all things.
8 Love never ends.(H)
But as for prophecies,
they will come to an end;
as for languages, they will cease;
as for knowledge, it will come to an end.
