4 They will destroy the walls of Tyre and tear down its towers. Then I will sweep up the dust and turn Tyre into a bare rock. 5 It will become a place by the sea where people spread their fishing nets. I have spoken, declares Adonay Yahweh. It will become a prize for the nations. 6 The people in the villages and on the mainland will die in battle. Then they will know that I am Yahweh.

4 They will destroy(A) the walls of Tyre(B) and pull down her towers; I will scrape away her rubble and make her a bare rock. 5 Out in the sea(C) she will become a place to spread fishnets,(D) for I have spoken, declares the Sovereign Lord. She will become plunder(E) for the nations,(F) 6 and her settlements on the mainland will be ravaged by the sword. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
