¹⁹ And He said, “^(A)I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and ^(B)I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion to whom I will show compassion.”

⁶ Then the Lord passed by in front of him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord God, ^(A)compassionate and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in faithfulness and ^[a]truth;

⁵ Afterward the sons of Israel will ^(A)return and seek the Lord their God and ^(B)David their king; and ^(C)they will come trembling to the Lord and to His goodness in the last days.

²² See then the kindness and severity of God: to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s ^(A)kindness, ^(B)if you continue in His kindness; for otherwise you too ^(C)will be cut off.
