12 Cast four gold rings and attach them to the four corners—two rings on each side. 13 Also, make poles out of acacia wood and overlay them with pure gold. 14 Slide the poles through the rings on the chest in order to carry it.

12 Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings(A) on one side and two rings on the other. 13 Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.(B) 14 Insert the poles(C) into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it.
