4 And Moses wrote all the words of the Lord: and rising in the morning he built an altar at the foot of the mount, and twelve titles according to the twelve tribes of Israel.
5 And he sent young men of the children of Israel, and they offered holocausts, and sacrificed pacific victims of calves to the Lord.
6 Then Moses took half of the blood, and put it into bowls: and the rest he poured upon the altar.

New International Version
4 Moses then wrote(A) down everything the Lord had said.
He got up early the next morning and built an altar(B) at the foot of the mountain and set up twelve stone pillars(C) representing the twelve tribes of Israel. 5 Then he sent young Israelite men, and they offered burnt offerings(D) and sacrificed young bulls as fellowship offerings(E) to the Lord. 6 Moses(F) took half of the blood(G) and put it in bowls, and the other half he splashed(H) against the altar.
