Ephesians 3:6-4:7

⁶ This mystery is^[a] that the Gentiles are ^(A)fellow heirs, ^(B)members of the same body, and ^(C)partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.

^7 (D)Of this gospel I was made ^(E)a minister according to the gift of ^(F)God's grace, which was given me ^(G)by the working of his power. ⁸ To me, ^(H)though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, ^(I)to preach to the Gentiles the ^(J)unsearchable ^(K)riches of Christ, ⁹ and ^(L)to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery ^(M)hidden for ages in^[b] God, ^(N)who created all things, ¹⁰ so that through the church the manifold ^(O)wisdom of God ^(P)might now be made known to ^(Q)the rulers and authorities ^(R)in the heavenly places. ¹¹ This was ^(S)according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord, ¹² in whom we have ^(T)boldness and ^(U)access with ^(V)confidence through our ^(W)faith in him. ¹³ So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering ^(X)for you, ^(Y)which is your glory.

Prayer for Spiritual Strength

¹⁴ For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, ¹⁵ from whom ^(Z)every family^[c] in heaven and on earth is named, ¹⁶ that according to ^(AA)the riches of his glory ^(AB)he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit ^(AC)in your inner being, ^17 (AD)so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being ^(AE)rooted and ^(AF)grounded in love, ¹⁸ may have strength to ^(AG)comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and ^(AH)height and depth, ¹⁹ and to know the love of Christ ^(AI)that surpasses knowledge, that ^(AJ)you may be filled with all ^(AK)the fullness of God.

^20 (AL)Now to ^(AM)him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, ^(AN)according to the power at work within us, ^21 (AO)to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Unity in the Body of Christ

4 I therefore, ^(AP)a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to ^(AQ)walk in a manner worthy of ^(AR)the calling to which you have been called, ² with all ^(AS)humility and ^(AT)gentleness, with ^(AU)patience, ^(AV)bearing with one another in love, ³ eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in ^(AW)the bond of peace. ⁴ There is ^(AX)one body and ^(AY)one Spirit—just as you were called to the one ^(AZ)hope that belongs to your call— ^5 (BA)one Lord, ^(BB)one faith, ^(BC)one baptism, ^6 (BD)one God and Father of all, ^(BE)who is over all and through all and in all. ⁷ But ^(BF)grace was given ^(BG)to each one of us ^(BH)according to the measure of Christ's gift.
