29 No foul language is to come from your mouth, but only what is good for building up someone in need,[a] so that it gives grace to those who hear. 30 And don’t grieve God’s Holy Spirit.(A) You were sealed by Him[b] for the day of redemption.(B) 31 All bitterness, anger and wrath, shouting and slander must be removed from you, along with all malice.

29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,(A) but only what is helpful for building others up(B) according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(C) with whom you were sealed(D) for the day of redemption.(E) 31 Get rid of(F) all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.(G)
