¹⁵For this reason I too, ^(A)having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and ^[a]your love for ^(B)all the ^[b]saints, ¹⁶^(C)do not cease giving thanks for you, ^(D)while making mention of you in my prayers; ¹⁷that the ^(E)God of our Lord Jesus Christ, ^(F)the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of ^(G)wisdom and of ^(H)revelation in the ^[c]knowledge of Him.

Thanksgiving and Prayer

¹⁵For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus^(A) and your love for all God’s people,^(B) ¹⁶I have not stopped giving thanks for you,^(C) remembering you in my prayers.^(D) ¹⁷I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father,^(E) may give you the Spirit^[a] of wisdom^(F) and revelation, so that you may know him better.
