18 But you shall remember the Lord your God, for (A)it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. 19 It shall come about if you ever forget the Lord your God and go after other gods and serve them and worship them, (B)I testify against you today that you will surely perish. 20 Like the nations that the Lord makes to perish before you, so (C)you shall perish; because you would not listen to the voice of the Lord your God.

18 But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth,(A) and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.
19 If you ever forget the Lord your God and follow other gods(B) and worship and bow down to them, I testify against you today that you will surely be destroyed.(C) 20 Like the nations(D) the Lord destroyed before you, so you will be destroyed for not obeying the Lord your God.(E)
