14 You are to rejoice in your festival, you, your son, your daughter, your male and female slaves, the Levites, the resident foreigners, the orphans, and the widows who are in your villages.[a] 15 You are to celebrate the festival seven days before the Lord your God in the place he[b] chooses, for he[c] will bless you in all your productivity and in whatever you do;[d] so you will indeed rejoice! 16 Three times a year all your males must appear before the Lord your God in the place he chooses for the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks, and the Feast of Shelters; and they must not appear before him[e] empty-handed.

14 Be joyful(A) at your festival—you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, and the Levites, the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns. 15 For seven days celebrate the festival to the Lord your God at the place the Lord will choose. For the Lord your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy(B) will be complete.

16 Three times a year all your men must appear(C) before the Lord your God at the place he will choose: at the Festival of Unleavened Bread,(D) the Festival of Weeks and the Festival of Tabernacles.(E) No one should appear before the Lord empty-handed:(F)
