Deuteronomy 14:28-29

28 “(A)At the end of every third year you shall bring out all the tithe of your produce in that year, and you shall deposit it in your [a]town. 29 And the Levite, (B)because he has no portion or inheritance among you, and (C)the stranger, the [b]orphan, and the widow who are in your [c]town, shall come and (D)eat and be satisfied, in order that (E)the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.

28 “At the end of every third year, bring the entire tithe of that year’s harvest and store it in the nearest town. 29 Give it to the Levites, who will receive no allotment of land among you, as well as to the foreigners living among you, the orphans, and the widows in your towns, so they can eat and be satisfied. Then the Lord your God will bless you in all your work.
