24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten Kings that shall rise: and another shall rise after them, and he shall be unlike to the first, and he shall subdue [a]three Kings,
25 And shall speak words against [b]the most High, and shall consume the Saints of the most High, and think that he may [c]change times and laws, and they shall be given into his hand until a [d]time, and times, and the dividing of time.
26 But the [e]judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion to consume and destroy it unto the end.

- Daniel 7:25 That is, shall make wicked decrees and proclamations against God’s word, and send throughout all their dominion, to destroy all that did profess it.
- Daniel 7:25 These Emperors shall not consider that they have their power of God, but think it is in their own power to change God’s laws and man’s, and as it were the order of nature, as appeareth by Octavius, Tiberius, Caligula, Nero, Domitian, etc.
