⁷ Then I heard the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river. He raised both his hands^[a](A) toward heaven and swore by Him who lives eternally^(B) that it would be for a time, times, and half a time.^(C) When the power of the holy people is shattered, all these things will be completed.

² But exclude the courtyard outside the sanctuary. Don’t measure it, because it is given to the nations,^[a] and they will trample the holy city for 42 months.

¹⁴ The woman was given two wings of a great eagle, so that she could fly from the serpent’s presence to her place in the wilderness, where she was fed for a time, times, and half a time.^[a](A)
