19 God the Father was pleased to have everything made perfect by Christ, His Son. 20 Everything in heaven and on earth can come to God because of Christ’s death on the cross. Christ’s blood has made peace. 21 At one time you were strangers to God and your minds were at war with Him. Your thoughts and actions were wrong.

19 For God was pleased(A) to have all his fullness(B) dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile(C) to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven,(D) by making peace(E) through his blood,(F) shed on the cross.
21 Once you were alienated from God and were enemies(G) in your minds(H) because of[a] your evil behavior.
