11 Thus says the Lord:

(A)“For three transgressions of (B)Edom,
and for four, I will not revoke the punishment,
(C)because he pursued his brother with the sword
    (D)and cast off all pity,
(E)and his anger tore perpetually,
(F)and he kept his wrath forever.
12 So I will send a fire upon (G)Teman,
and it shall devour the strongholds of (H)Bozrah.”

13 Thus says the Lord:

(I)“For three transgressions of the (J)Ammonites,
and for four, I will not revoke the punishment,
because (K)they have ripped open pregnant women in (L)Gilead,
that they might enlarge their border.
14 So I will kindle a fire in the wall of (M)Rabbah,
(N)and it shall devour her strongholds,
with shouting on the day of battle,
    (O)with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind;
15 and (P)their king shall go into exile,
    he and his princes[a] together,”
says the Lord.
