¹³ The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers,^(A) has glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you handed over and denied in the presence of Pilate,^(B) when he had decided to release Him.

²² To this very day, I have obtained help that comes from God, and I stand and testify to both small and great, saying nothing else than what the prophets and Moses said would take place^(A)—

²³ After arranging a day with him, many came to him at his lodging. From dawn to dusk he expounded and witnessed about the kingdom of God. He tried to persuade them concerning Jesus from both the Law of Moses and the Prophets.^(A)
