35 So all who dwelt at Lydda and (A)Sharon saw him and (B)turned to the Lord.

36 At Joppa there was a certain disciple named [a]Tabitha, which is translated [b]Dorcas. This woman was full (C)of good works and charitable deeds which she did. 37 But it happened in those days that she became sick and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in (D)an upper room.

36 In Joppa(C) there was a disciple named Tabitha (in Greek her name is Dorcas); she was always doing good(D) and helping the poor. 37 About that time she became sick and died, and her body was washed and placed in an upstairs room.(E)
