²⁶Claudius Lysias,

To His Excellency,^(A) Governor Felix:

Greetings.^(B)

²⁵But Paul said, “I am not out of my mind, ^(A)most excellent Festus, but I am speaking ^(B)true and ^(C)rational words.

²⁵“I am not insane, most excellent^(A) Festus,” Paul replied. “What I am saying is true and reasonable.
