²⁸You have made known to me the paths of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence.’^[a]^(A)

²⁹“Fellow Israelites,^(B) I can tell you confidently that the patriarch^(C) David died and was buried,^(D) and his tomb is here^(E) to this day.
