Acts 19:9-11

Amplified Bible

⁹But when some were becoming hardened and disobedient [to the word of God], discrediting and speaking evil of ^[a]the Way (Jesus, Christianity) before the congregation, Paul left them, taking the disciples with him, and went on holding ^[b]daily discussions in the lecture hall of Tyrannus [instead of in the synagogue]. ¹⁰This continued for two years, so that all the inhabitants of [the west coast province of] Asia [Minor], Jews as well as Greeks, heard the word of the Lord [concerning eternal salvation through faith in Christ].

Acts 19:9-11

New International Version

⁹But some of them^(A) became obstinate; they refused to believe and publicly maligned the Way.^(B) So Paul left them. He took the disciples^(C) with him and had discussions daily in the lecture hall of Tyrannus. ¹⁰This went on for two years,^(D) so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia^(E) heard the word of the Lord.^(F)
