While they were [a]serving the Lord and fasting, (A)the Holy Spirit said, “Set (B)Barnabas and Saul apart for Me for (C)the work to which I have called them.” Then, when they had fasted, (D)prayed, and (E)laid their hands on them, (F)they sent them away.

So, being (G)sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia and from there they sailed to (H)Cyprus.
