12 (A)if we endure, we will also reign with him;
(B)if we deny him, he also will deny us;
13 (C)if we are faithless, (D)he remains faithful—
for (E)he cannot deny himself.

14 Remind them of these things, and (F)charge them before God[a] (G)not to quarrel about words, (H)which does no good, but only ruins the hearers.

14 Keep reminding God’s people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words;(D) it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen.
