¹⁵ and that ^(A)from childhood you have known ^(B)the sacred writings which are able to ^(C)give you the wisdom that leads to ^(D)salvation through faith which is in ^(E)Christ Jesus. ^16 (F)All Scripture is ^[a]inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for ^[b]rebuke, for correction, for training in righteousness; ¹⁷ so that ^(G)the man or woman of God may be ^[c]fully capable, ^(H)equipped for every good work.

⁸ But even if we, or ^(A)an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be ^[a](B)accursed!

⁹ As we ^(A)have said before, even now I say again: ^(B)if anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be ^[a](C)accursed!

⁴⁵ It is written ^(A)in the Prophets: ‘^(B)And they shall all be ^(C)taught of God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me.

⁹ but just as it is written:

^10 [a](B)For to us God revealed them ^(C)through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the ^(D)depths of God. ¹¹ For who among people knows the thoughts of a person except the ^(E)spirit of the person that is in him? So also the thoughts of God no one knows, except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we ^(F)have not received the spirit of ^(G)the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God.

^13 (A)Judge ^[a]for yourselves: is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?

¹⁴ Does even nature itself not teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a dishonor to him,

^26 (A)What is the outcome then, ^(B)brothers and sisters? When you assemble, ^(C)each one has a ^(D)psalm, has a ^(E)teaching, has a ^(F)revelation, has a ^(G)tongue, has an ^(H)interpretation. ^(I)All things are to be done for edification.

⁴⁰ But ^(A)all things must be done properly and in an orderly way.
