2 Thessalonians 3:11-15

New International Version

¹¹We hear that some among you are idle and disruptive. They are not busy; they are busybodies.^(A) ¹²Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ^(B) to settle down and earn the food they eat.^(C) ¹³And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good.^(D)

¹⁴Take special note of anyone who does not obey our instruction in this letter. Do not associate with them,^(E) in order that they may feel ashamed.^(F) ¹⁵Yet do not regard them as an enemy, but warn them as you would a fellow believer.^(G)

¹²Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

¹³But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.

¹⁴And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.

¹⁵Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
