3 And the king said, “Is there not still someone of the house of Saul, that I may show (A)the kindness of God to him?” Ziba said to the king, “There is still a son of (B)Jonathan; he is crippled in his feet.” 4 The king said to him, “Where is he?” And Ziba said to the king, “He is in the house of (C)Machir the son of Ammiel, at Lo-debar.” 5 Then King David sent and brought him from the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, at Lo-debar.

3 The king asked, “Is there no one still alive from the house of Saul to whom I can show God’s kindness?”
Ziba answered the king, “There is still a son of Jonathan;(A) he is lame(B) in both feet.”
4 “Where is he?” the king asked.
Ziba answered, “He is at the house of Makir(C) son of Ammiel in Lo Debar.”
5 So King David had him brought from Lo Debar, from the house of Makir son of Ammiel.
