2 Samuel 22:42-44

New International Version

⁴² They cried for help,^(A) but there was no one to save them—^(B)
    to the Lord, but he did not answer.^(C)
43 I beat them as fine as the dust^(D) of the earth;
    I pounded and trampled^(E) them like mud^(F) in the streets.

⁴⁴ “You have delivered^(G) me from the attacks of the peoples;
    you have preserved^(H) me as the head of nations.
People^(I) I did not know now serve me,
