28 He went with Joram the son of Ahab to make war against (A)Hazael king of Syria at (B)Ramoth-gilead, and the Syrians wounded Joram. 29 (C)And King Joram returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds that the Syrians had given him at (D)Ramah, when he fought against Hazael king of Syria. And (E)Ahaziah the son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to see Joram the son of Ahab in Jezreel, because he was sick.

28 Ahaziah went with Joram son of Ahab to war against Hazael king of Aram at Ramoth Gilead.(A) The Arameans wounded Joram; 29 so King Joram returned to Jezreel(B) to recover from the wounds the Arameans had inflicted on him at Ramoth[a] in his battle with Hazael(C) king of Aram.

Then Ahaziah(D) son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to Jezreel to see Joram son of Ahab, because he had been wounded.
