2 Corinthians 3:18-4:6

¹⁸ And we all, with unveiled face, ^(A)beholding ^(B)the glory of the Lord,^{[a] (C)}are being transformed into the same image ^(D)from one degree of glory to another.^[b] For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.

The Light of the Gospel

4 Therefore, having ^(E)this ministry ^(F)by the mercy of God,^[c] we do not lose heart. ² But we have renounced ^(G)disgraceful, underhanded ways. We refuse to practice^[d] cunning or ^(H)to tamper with God's word, but ^(I)by the open statement of the truth ^(J)we would commend ourselves to everyone's conscience in the sight of God. ³ And even ^(K)if our gospel is veiled, ^(L)it is veiled to ^(M)those who are perishing. ⁴ In their case ^(N)the god of this world ^(O)has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing ^(P)the light of ^(Q)the gospel of the glory of Christ, ^(R)who is the image of God. ⁵ For what ^(S)we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ^(T)ourselves as your servants^[e] for Jesus' sake. ⁶ For God, who said, ^(U)“Let light shine out of darkness,” ^(V)has shone in our hearts to give ^(W)the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
