9 But he said to me, (A)“My grace is sufficient for you, for (B)my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that (C)the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 (D)For the sake of Christ, then, (E)I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For (F)when I am weak, then I am strong.

11 (G)I have been a fool! You forced me to it, for I ought to have been commended by you. For I was (H)not at all inferior to these super-apostles, (I)even though I am nothing.

Paul’s Concern for the Corinthians
11 I have made a fool of myself,(I) but you drove me to it. I ought to have been commended by you, for I am not in the least inferior to the “super-apostles,”[a](J) even though I am nothing.(K)
