^10 (A)For the sake of Christ, then, ^(B)I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For ^(C)when I am weak, then I am strong.

⁴ Therefore ^(A)we ourselves boast about you ^(B)in the churches of God for your steadfastness and faith ^(C)in all your persecutions and in the afflictions that you are enduring.

¹¹ my persecutions and sufferings that happened to me ^(A)at Antioch, ^(B)at Iconium, and ^(C)at Lystra—which persecutions I endured; yet ^(D)from them all ^(E)the Lord rescued me. ¹² Indeed, all who desire to ^(F)live a godly life in Christ Jesus ^(G)will be persecuted,

²⁰ Remember the word that I said to you: ^(A)‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, ^(B)they will also persecute you. ^(C)If they kept my word, they will also keep yours.

^22 (A)strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them ^(B)to continue in ^(C)the faith, and saying that ^(D)through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.
