² and he went out ^[a]to meet Asa and said to him, “Listen to me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin: ^(A)the Lord is with you when you are with Him. And ^(B)if you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you abandon Him, He will abandon you.

³ Therefore say to them, ‘This is what the Lord of armies says: “^(A)Return to Me,” declares the Lord of armies, “^[a]that I may return to you,” says the Lord of armies.

⁷ “From the ^(A)days of your fathers you have turned away from My statutes and have not kept them. ^(B)Return to Me, and I will return to you,” says the Lord of armies. “But you say, ‘How shall we return?’
