2 And now here is the king, (A)walking before you; (B)and I am old and grayheaded, and look, my sons are with you. I have walked before you from my childhood to this day. 3 Here I am. Witness against me before the Lord and before (C)His anointed: (D)Whose ox have I taken, or whose donkey have I taken, or whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed, or from whose hand have I received any (E)bribe with which to (F)blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.”
4 And they said, (G)“You have not cheated us or oppressed us, nor have you taken anything from any man’s hand.”

New International Version
2 Now you have a king as your leader.(A) As for me, I am old and gray, and my sons(B) are here with you. I have been your leader from my youth until this day. 3 Here I stand. Testify against me in the presence of the Lord and his anointed.(C) Whose ox have I taken? Whose donkey(D) have I taken? Whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed? From whose hand have I accepted a bribe(E) to make me shut my eyes? If I have done(F) any of these things, I will make it right.”(G)
4 “You have not cheated or oppressed us,” they replied. “You have not taken anything from anyone’s hand.”
