23 And of Jezebel the Lord also said, (A)‘The dogs shall eat Jezebel within (B)the walls of Jezreel.’ 24 (C)Anyone belonging to Ahab who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone of his who dies in the open country the birds of the heavens shall eat.”

25 ((D)There was none who sold himself to do what was evil in the sight of the Lord like Ahab, whom Jezebel his wife incited.

23 “And also concerning Jezebel the Lord says: ‘Dogs(A) will devour Jezebel by the wall of[a] Jezreel.’
24 “Dogs(B) will eat those belonging to Ahab who die in the city, and the birds(C) will feed on those who die in the country.”
25 (There was never(D) anyone like Ahab, who sold himself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord, urged on by Jezebel his wife.
