²² and ^(A)whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we ^(B)keep His commandments and do ^(C)the things that are pleasing in His sight.

¹⁴ And this is ^(A)the confidence which we have ^[a]before Him, that, ^(B)if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
