42 The sons of (A)Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel: Mareshah[a] his firstborn, who fathered Ziph. The son[b] of Mareshah: (B)Hebron.[c] 43 The sons of Hebron: Korah, Tappuah, Rekem and Shema. 44 Shema fathered Raham, the father of Jorkeam; and Rekem fathered Shammai.

42 The sons of Caleb(A) the brother of Jerahmeel:
Mesha his firstborn, who was the father of Ziph, and his son Mareshah,[a] who was the father of Hebron.
43 The sons of Hebron:
