⁴ But when the set time had fully come,^(A) God sent his Son,^(B) born of a woman,^(C) born under the law,^{(D) 5} to redeem^(E) those under the law, that we might receive adoption^(F) to sonship.^[a](G)

The Destruction of the Temple and Signs of the End Times^(A)

24 Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. ² “Do you see all these things?” he asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another;^(B) every one will be thrown down.”

¹² Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, ¹³ but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.^{(A) 14} And this gospel of the kingdom^(B) will be preached in the whole world^(C) as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

⁵¹ At that moment the curtain of the temple^(A) was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split^(B)

³⁹ And when the centurion,^(A) who stood there in front of Jesus, saw how he died,^[a] he said, “Surely this man was the Son of God!”^(B)
